IT - Harley Yoder

Some people have IT! Others don’t. What is the definition of IT? I don’t know that I know. I just know that some people get IT and others don’t. Some people make decisions on a daily basis that are obvious to every one around them that they get IT. They are highly effective. Likewise they are others around us that no matter what they do or how hard they try, they do not quite get IT! What is the difference? Do those that get IT work harder than everybody else? I think not. In most cases. People that really get IT have very balanced lives! Can somebody tell me what IT is? Maybe if we identify IT, we can start having more Its!
