Philippians 2:3-4 say “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.”
We studied that in Life Group last night and that really stuck out to me! If we treated our co-workers with that humility and put other’s interest before ours. Wow! What a place to work. Attitudes like that would want others to succeed, be quick to hand out forgiveness, and give people the benefit of the doubt.
I do feel like Yoder’s has a great work atmosphere but there is always room for improvement! One thing I know is that goodness spreads! Practice it and see what happens! You will be amazed at others response!
